Sounds odd to me when you say it ran fine just loud ..usually jumped timing will cause rough running and a stumble ..possible either way but if it did jump it couldn't be much if it drove that far

i blew an uppipe gasket doing a 3rd gear pull for tuning and it sounded like someone blew up a balloon and let go of the end lol ..sounded a lot like valve tick after that

have you tried charging or boosting it ?  sounds like the parking switch was on too long and killed the battery

the holes that mount the wastegate to the compressor the threads are pulling on them so id recommend an external due to that and the boost creep i have a MAC valve on my car already for a ebc a lot of people dont know you can run one and it only costs about $28   let me know what else you have...
