Maybe a false alarm, its starting to look more like an mazda.

looking at the rear under side you can see the exxhaust system is very different and the rear links system is differnt and no rear diff.

 
Those are difinately 06-07 wrx wheel on that masked man. When you look at the front shot though it could be a mazda emblem, the size is right, but could also be a subaru.

As I get more info I will Keep you posted.

It's so heavily camoed, we won't know what it looks like until it is revealed.

 
Well, whenever it comes out... i'm buyin!!!! And the first mod i'm gonna do is cover the whole thing in white duct tape and tape on some solid foam insulation too. it'll be hot JDM concept yo!

 
Well, even though I thought this was a Mazda3 mule, I think any and all debate on which manufacturer this is is already done:

When did you hear 29%? Not like Toyota is the worst company to be tied to though. I also heard that there is going to be an AWD Camry that will compete directly with the legacy, and will also be built in Lafayette.

Is that old news to ya or what?

 
Subaru is suppose to be getting Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive for a new model in the next couple of years.

 
What's with the GTi in the picture? Notice it's losing...HA, it must be a skoob! The hood scoop looks like a larger version of the one on the LGT.
