16" Forester S wheels

I have a set of 16" Forester S wheels from a 98 Forester S. They do have 215 70 16 Cooper studded snows on them, but they are worn, and a little choppy, but would definitely work to get you by. My sister has been running them for a few hundred miles, but now has removed them. I'd like to get $200 obo for them.

I might need these.  Worn and choppy enough to discourage a sticker?  My new $200 Outback needs tires and the wheels are ugly too.  These would work perfectly...even though I'd be paying what I paid for the whole car

They might pass. There is definitely still useable tread on them, I'd use them again, but I'm trying to get money together for another project.
