1996 DOHC 2.5 heads

Looking for a set of '96 heads, with the HLAs.  These will have '4 cam 16 valve' cast into the valve covers.  Im sure these will be find to find, but i dont mind waiting either.

 
What are you looking to spend on a set? I think I know where I can pick some up.

 
Well the more I can get the better, because I need intake manifold, dipstick tube, coolant pipe, cam covers etc etc too but I can get that stuff from any 25d, for the heads depending on condition I could go up to 200-250 for a good set.  Prefer a cheaper set because they will be going to the machine shop anyway.

They're at a junkyard. I'm fairly certain it's a 96 outback because I took the brakes off it for my car, and they had the funky front calipers.

afaik it's fairly complete, message me your phone number, and next time I'm up there I'll give you a call and see if parts off it will work for you. iirc car has around 250k miles, so a good candidate to bring to the machine shop.
