For those bugeye lovers out there, Charlie's Subaru in Augusta (I know, sorry Evergreen) has a gem of a rex. When I saw the tag at $14,000, I thought they were nuts, but this car really looks brand-spanking new with just under 70,000 miles. I don't know that details on her, but if you want to see a bugeye that looks like it came off the showroom floor yesterday, check out Charlies.

 
the only problem with that is, then you gotta deal with charlies. they will sell you car just fine, but god help you if you ever need any help with it down the road.

terrible service. but i will thank them for one thing. if they hadn't treated me so poorly as a customer, i might not have ever found evergreen

Nice! Any online pics of it? What color? Hard to find a Bug these days with under 100k on them, or find one in decent condition... they are slowly fading away!

It is Silver. and they do not have pics of it. We saw it the other day when me and Michelle was there checking on the LLBean leather Color of an 05 Needed to compare interior color with mine. Had an Ebay find on Leather seats and needed to check Trim codes. and meet up with Carl. Pretty Car

 
Only took 1 trip to charlies with my father to get an opinion of them, will never go back. And who in their right goddamn mind is going to buy an almost 8 year old car for 14k? Good luck coming up with most all of that in cash, since no bank will lend you that much for an '02.

one search on CL new hampshire found an 04 limited with the ~same miles for 2k less. Not at a dealer, but come on...

I will give Charlie's some credit for their sales department, nice guys. And for the price of the car, I thought that it was pretty high too, and could be negotiated. I just thought that it was pretty awesome to see an '02 WRX that looked new!

 
I don't care how many miles are on it, or how nice it looks...if you buy an 02 rex for $14k, you need your head examined.
