this isn't political its scientific or lack there of. 30 years ago the world was goign into an ice age according to wacko scientists and then el nino and now global warming. all gore is makign bank off of this its all about profit. im sure in 10 more years we will be back to global ice age again. this is what tax money goes towards payign scientist to be morons?

you can google the event and bring up tousand of reports on the fact. dosent matter if a political website wrote the peice it dosent change the facts of the matter they didnt go to the artic to study "global warming" because it was too cold for humas to function. you dont see the irony in that?

yes and i can show you graphs of geologic data showing carbon levels of the earth going back hundreds of thousands of years.... and they have never been this high without being associated with a mass extinction...

you cant say that gobal warming is a fact when there as many scientists that can disprove it as there are that can prove it. gravity, centripital force, inertia are scientific facts global warming is theory and nothing more that can be disproven as easily as it is proven

not it cant hurt to help takes steps to reduce polution int he world. im not saying hell with usign a trash can throw your tarshon the side of the road. im all abotu doing stuff to help conserve. whaqt i think is retarded is forcing companys to spend millions of dollars to meet "standards" and pass legislation taxing carbon wich will raise rates for everyone when it hasent been proven that it will make a difference.

you want to use energy efficent bulbs and recycle and not use aresol cans fine go ahead do it all day long. but dont tell me i cant drive a v8 suv or leave all my lights on in my house for soemthign that is still unproven

oh and by the way the warmest year on record is 1934 that dosent seem to fit in on the pattern. not to mention all the glaciers that are currently growing in size not melting

My stand on this, I don't care by the time anything serious happens I'll be dead and my kids will be dead and I'm pretty sure my grand kids will be dead so I could give a $hit! I think it is all Liberal crap!

 
People that want to do there part should get rid of their old cars and trade them for bicycles. If they are serious. My forester burns much less of anything than an old beater so I don't need Global warming croanies telling me to be more responsible when thier old volvos are belching black smoke. Not directed at anyone particular just the movement as a whole. Its all down to money and cap and trade will prove that after it is to late to get rid of it.

Before I lose my mind and get too worked up could I just say I met lost in maine at teh last meet and he seems like a really great guy so I don't want to come across as bashing him here. I will say however that everytime I turn on the news or pickup a news paper I have to hear these leftist socialists spewing there bull**** and I don't really expect that I should have to come onto a car forum and get this crap also. I am willing to bet that the majority of people on here would agree. We belong to a group that is based around something that burns fossil fuels, so I really don't want to hear how I am destroying the earth by doing it. Save that **** for lefty blogs or self help groups.
