Just released today: Home Buyer tax credit up to $8,000 extended for miltary personnel. If you are on active duty ( like Ferrari ) you can qualify for this. Conditions: Must close on primary 1st home after Nov. 6, 2010 and / or be under contract no later than April 30 2011. I will update info as I recieve it.
