Air conditioning

Anybody in here work in HVAC, or have a recommendation for a good company? It is about time that I looked into one of the ductless units for the house.

Or does anybody have some reviews on that type of unit (not a winder unit or portable self contained type, talking condensor mounted on a slab outside and wall units inside)

we have brand new ductless AC units in our recently renovated office building.

They suck donkey balls. Primary problem is that the airflow thru open areas is ok, but walled-off office spaces with only door access are dead zones.

[[[like my office, heh I just said fark the landlord and keep my windows open]]

If your HVAC consultant says to try EMI America Series ductless AC, run away.

Good to know! Thanks for the info.

I was looking at the LG units online, some family has them in other parts of the country and are quite satisfied (works as a heat pump in colder temps too)

ducts are a super simple way to, um, duct air from the AC unit to exactly where it needs to go so airflow works for your particular room layout.

It would be quite tough to do in our house because of the number of additions. well that is without giving up good garage space and basement shop space due to low celing height.
