Am I missing something?? I can't seem to change anything on my profile.

I go into my profile settings, I can change password and email and whatnot. But I cannot for the life of me find my setting for my profile. Such as my car, listed as a 96 impreza, which I haven't have in 6 years. Can someone help me? It's probably right in my face, I just am missing it.

Are you using the mobile version or desktop version?

You need to use the desktop version, mobile doesn't work

Click on your name in the top right corner and select my profile. After that there will be a button on the right hand side, a little bit below the top of the screen that says edit profile. Click that and you should be good to go.
