Jerry Reed was a CINEMATIC racin' legend... sort of. You really have to wonder if he did his own drivin in them stupid-fun-n-silly Bandit movies, or was it almost certainly a stuntman...? :icon_scratch:

I 'member him more for his music than for his drivin' (Reed NEVER EVER pronounced the "ing" on the end of words ya know)...music like on a AM radio playin on the way to drive-in movies. Maybe it's a age thang.

Anyway, RIP to him.

Long live the Screaming Chicken!! My uncle Dave owned a white 1970 T/A, w/shaker hood and all. What a beast that thing was...he drove me 140 in it while I was still in high school. My mom wanted to strangle him, I became a lifelong car nut. :thumbsup:
