I used to avidly, however I never got into cutting and bulking phases... I just did it to stay in shape. I still have a decent base to work off from, but now I'm just fat, and I have a bad back... bodybuilding.com is a very good resource though. I actually have some freeweights in my basement. I should gegt my fat ass down there and start doing high reps with low weight to cut some of this fat! I have to clean my basement first though!
