I need a bicycle.

It needs to be a men bicycle with 26" tires and it needs to roll.

That's about it. I'm going to take the pedals off and majorly cut the bike up. So the rest doesn't matter. A 13hp engine might be involved.

Price I'm looking to spend is under $31

There's a guy in the next town over that does this. He takes old retro looking bikes, fixes them up nice with motors on them and makes them into (essentially) a moped. He does good work. Good luck with your project. I have a 1994 Bianchi Timberwolf bike, but I am not willing to part with it for $31! lol

I have a legal moped that I've made too... I just want something ridiculous.

It's a 390cc engine... so 13hp rating is kind of pathetic, with a better carb and some porting I bet it would push at least 20hp

I can give you my old Univega mtb for $31 cash. It used to get me everywhere but it has seen little use after I got my drivers license all those years ago. It is in tough shape but perfect for what you need. Its got front shocks and a pretty comfortable seat too.
