Been a while, figured i am over due for some updated info on the wagon.

Bought the car unmodified completely. Had the arm rest extender, and tow hitch.

First thing, the intake silencer came out. Then i got a hand full of parts for it.

It currently sits with:

Power/Engine:

SPT intake. Not super happy about the high intake temps, even with the nice heat shield.

STi Up Pipe. UP and collector are heat wrapped and coated.

Maddad Bellmouth cat-less DP w/wideband bung. (bung currently filled with reg o2).

Perrin Twin pipe cat-back. In Love!!!

Gimmspeed EBC tuned to 18psi

ProSport Oil Temp and Boost gauges in e-bay gauge bezel pods.

Suspension/Drive Train/Brakes:

04 STi take off springs

Dieing struts

Hotchkis front and rear sway bars. Rear set to full stiff.

Kartboy front and rear end links.

Camber Bolts front and rear for alignment silliness.

New Stock Clutch and flywheel

Motul 300 Gear oil in tranny and rear diff

Hawk HPS pads

Goodridge SS lines w/smoked plastic coating

ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid

Perrin MCB

GroupN Engine, Pitch, and Tranny mounts

Kartboy Short Shifter

Currently sitting on GC RS 6 Spoke rims with Direzza Z1 tires.

Also have stock rims with all-seasons, so i don't eat Z1s while DDing

and snows for the winter.

Misc:

Rally Armor cheapy mudflaps

Kenwood something something stereo deck.

Shortly after most of those parts went in i went to see Antonio (Ralli) last fall (2009) for a tune. He worked magic in short time and 17psi was amazing!!

The clutch, that hadn't felt right since i got the car, only lasted about 2 days with the new found power before it started slipping.

Over the winter she got a new stock clutch and flywheel. Then a couple re-tunes. 18 psi before 3k, but she really comes alive around 3200.

The front sway bar and camber are intense in the winter.

I set the camber bolts to full negative for autox in mid April, also giving me too much toe out. It's great for turn in but eats tires.

The plan is new struts and RCE yellow springs ASAP. Been dragging my feet with busy weekends and lack of proper fundage. Once the new suspension is in i'll get a true alignment again.

She's been a riot to AutoX and i'm excited to see how new performance struts and RCE springs will do.

Few pics from last fall...

hey Pete I was wrong on the STi having hawk pads, they are ferodo ds3000 racing pads. and I thought hawk rocked it on stopping power!

nice work with that waggie, by the way!

Thanks. Those pads seem to be good for DD? Used them in the winter yet?
I love them for DD, of course 90% of my DD is windy dirt roads, but they are great on the highway also. I had no issues with them in the winter. I have no ABS, so I just had to be gentler with them lockup comes quick. I can drive the car barefoot with just my big toe on the brake (that's all my little foot can muster if I keep my heel on the carpet). I can stop the car cold with just my big toe. seriously! they are high dust and wear and are "race only" pads, but I can handle that for that type of stopping power.

kat, so jealous of your brakes! I do the big toe thing in Heidi's car, of course without the 4pots of awesome! I've still got issues with the brakes in my car. I think i've still air or the HPS pads are just not up to my standards anymore.
