playing a game of ultimate frisbee with some friends yesterday and I went to catch it and stumbled a bit fumbled with the frisbee dropped it, dove for it and landed on my shoulder. I felt a popping noise and i hurt somewhat but i continued to play the rest of the game, then i got to looking at my shoulder and something wasn't right. Went to the ER got some x rays and sure enough im in a sling for 8 weeks:lol:

 
Nice guy! Ive done the same thing. It sucks, trust me! Hope you don't go and re break it like i did after it healed......I was in a sling for like 6 months straight cause i was a dumb teenager!

 
I remember when I broke mine, it just looked like it was dislocated because the shoulder sagged down so much. That sure hurt.

That happened to me last year. Sitting at the lunch table with friends, one of 'em kept bumping into me. When I told him to stop hitting me, he said "What? Hit You?" And rebroke my collar bone for another month and a half or something.

Be extra careful with that arm!

 
OUCH!!! never broken a bone myself.... looks like its pretty wierd feeling.

yeah things move around all weird and such when a bone breaks...it is pretty weird

 
Ouch!! I'm an avid ultimate player and have see a lot of injuries out on the field.

I've never broken anything major, but a few fingers. yuck. get better soon!

 
broke my left CB in a bike race crash. soon as I could hold the bars I was back riding. soon as I could squeeze the front brake I was back racin'....for maybe 5 laps until the guy in front of me wiped out and took me with him.

bingo, another 8 weeks of sling time, aka "kiss the whole summer goodbye."

^12345 be careful of re-injury, that's what really truly sucks
