Can Someone Help Me Transfer 1 VHS Tape to 4 DVDs Please?

I have a private home VHS tape that I would like transferred to 4 DVDs. Does anyone have a dual VHS/ DVD Player to help me out?

I can supply you with the blank DVDs, and I am willing to pay if need be. This is only a 9 minute tape at the most. It's not time consuming.

I trust whomever offers to help me- would respect my privacy.

Ours broke a while ago and we just bought a cheapo DVD player to replace it, but I can offer a bit of help. You have to manually stop the recording, it won't sense the end of your video, so if after the movie is blank, you'll just end up with a black screen at the end of the DVD. Basically, whoever is doing the copying would need to turn on the TV at the end to know when to stop recording.

 
My girlfriend's parents have one ... I don't know how to use it and I'm sure they don't either. I could try to figure it out for you? You mean you want 4 copies of it, I'm assuming?

Let me know. I'm in Auburn on the weekends, so maybe I could give it a shot next weekend for you if you want.

 
I have the stuff to do it... I usually just play the vhs and hook my hd camera to the vhs player and save on a sdhc card and then burn to dvd on my computer.

 
yes, I will like 4 copies of it. I am almost certain it was recorded over a promo video from Blockbuster, so I think even if someone stepped away from it, they'll get a few laughs about the movies that were out in 1991 (YEAR?).

I am up for anyone helping. I do like the computer idea- that way it can be shared with a few personal friends as well.

 
Well, come to find out ... theirs is broken. A fuse and capacitor fried. We're going to get parts to fix it. Let me know if you still want me to try it next weekend.

I will be there around 10:30 quarter of 11 till when ever they get my car done for the recall. Probably an hour or so.
