as the title states- i need a good shop or mechanic that can help me fix my newly acquired wrx.

preferably near auburn, im willing to drive, but im worried about taking it to a shop and them not being able to fix it. i dont have the turboxs computer programs because i have a mac

so i haven't checked the codes or fuel maps. the strange thing is that when the car is really cold- it wont misfire for about 1 minute, even if i step on it. (o2 sensor reset maybe?)

the problem seems to be getting worse.

02' wrx with a turboxs ecu, holds boost real good until 1 bar(~14psi) then boom, i get no power and the car misfires/temp loss of power until i let off the gas.

ive replaced all 4 coilpacks and replaced all 4 plugs with the recommended NGK plugs. (brk6e)

M&A auto did me right and I'd highly recommend them. I had them install a new clutch, valve cover gaskets, Turbocharger, up-pipe, wiper linkage, and buff my headlights. All the work came out great and they were a pleasure to work with. Prices were very fair.

i really dont want to have to deal with the hassle of installing windows on my mac. plus windows is expensive.

Great work done to get my car running again. I'm pretty sure he knows a thing or two about boost

your a student you get windows for like 30-50 bux from the computer store on campus. if you have the cable and the software ive got windows on my mac if you want to check your car out.
