Car got scratched up

Im not complaining or anything but thins is kind of funny. Well 2 weeks into owning my new 2.5i someone overshot the parking space beside me and scratched up the back left of my bumper pretty good and my friends and I watched it all go down too. lol Well now the insurance was involved and I was going to be nice and let them pay out of pocket and dont worry about me getting a rental because I have another car to use. Now there avoiding and not returning my calls which suck. Doesn't pay to be nice i guess.

 
it happened on the 8th in the southern Maine Community College main parking lot (the first time in 2 years parking there too lol) Horace Mann is the insurance company I have to deal with talked to moodys body shop and said their easy to deal with as long its through their gorham office something about working directly with that insurance company.

 
Sorry to hear of your car getting hurt.the first scratch is the hardest,and the next one still goes down side ways. good luck :headbang:
