Chassis Braces

Does anyone have front and/or rear chassis/arm braces? Did they actually make a noticeable difference? I'm thinking of making some but don't want to waste my time if its not worth it. I don't mind the stiffness or increased NVH. Just want to know if they really stiffen things up much. Thanks

I have the STI lower front bar...

Can I honestly say it made a discernible difference? No.

In theory and practically thinking does it make at least a little difference? Yes.

If you're going to make them yourself why not just go for it, DIY is just as much about the project as it is about the results in my opinion.
