Class action Settlement Against Subaru

Did anyone get a letter in the mail regarding a settlement against subaru for false odometer readings?

Well it says subaru's made from 03-07, it doesn't say anything about the car models. I will make a copy of the letter when I have a chance. From what I glanced over if it is true, it would affect people who leased cars and warranties on vehicles.

I could guess it is like the speedo too.

not even germans get the odom right..

this goes back even to my dads rig, 1981.. some german odometer, just for leased trucks precision needed...broke at 1.3 million, and the truck was documented with more than that before it broke... imagine just single percentage off on a million miles.. that's some dough for somebody and a loss for someone else.

the old subes, nippondenso stuff.. it was the other way around. they under miled their miles, and even per hour.
