So... a lot of you folks know that i work on a commercial wharf in the summer; and sometimes to make few extra bux pull double duty and fill in for sternmen that didnt show up, etc. So this morning i almost went on this boat, but turned out i was needed more atthe wharf (went a few times on it last year):

That sucks big time for the captain. And it was a very nice boat too.

wow glad you werent aboard. they make new boats everyday... and im sure he had insurance. so that can be replaced. human life cant. so good thing no one was hurt or killed.

I'm glad too, cuz they would've had to fish me from the bottom, since i cant swim

PSOT: Is "would've had" even English?

I did work on a boat full time up until last year. now it's occasional. I tried to teach myself to swim, but a can't float

BTW a lot of fishermen can't swim

The plus side is the expolsion probably cooked the lobsters on board. Now if only a butter boat exploded near by.

Bad jokes aside, im glad everyone made it out ok.
