so, with snow in the forecast and finally getting the last parts i need, who wants to have a clutch swap party tomorrow (friday)? i have the intention of doing most of the work but having a second set of hands that knows what they are doing are so very helpful and getting the motor re-aligned with the transmission is a 2 person job.

I'm located just north of portland in falmouth along rt.88 so if you're local and bored on a nice day stop by to laugh at my DIY driveway attempt at fixing my suby, and for those who wish to help, a case of beer or dinner might be in the forecast as well.

Eck, I saw this just now, but I'm working from yesterday though the weekend to monday anyway. If you ended up rescheduling it, I'm free to give you a hand later next week. I've had tons of those cars apart, I can help you bang out a clutch job in less than a day. Easy.

 
It snowed in the mountains this weekend, who else is excited? I got my clutch fixed as well as my oil leaks, wound up taking me 12 hours but I did it all myself except for lining up the transmission!

As for the car, 240k miles and the first time I dropped the clutch I got it to do a 4 wheel burnout! Well, I think I'm sticking with subarus from now on
