I usually can fix these problems myself, but this one has stumpped me. On my moms laptop there is a "module that could not be found" on start up. The computer works fine except this prompt is annoying. It is looking for c:WINDOWSiqehawurovi.dll which I cant find anywhere on the web. Any ideas? Windows XP SP2

Go to "run command" in the start menu and type msconfig.

In the msconfig program there is a tab for things that start up with the computer. Look for an entry in the startup list that links to c:WINDOWSiqehawurovi.dll and turn it off.

It's most likely a virus and that probably won't work. If it doesn't, let me know ... I'm pretty good at cleaning those damned things out. They infect your registry and keep coming back!
