Alki usually isn't that expensive, my family looked at condos there. Sure there are $1mil.+ condos, but they looked just about at that price.

After actually reading it though, it sounds like a nice condo. Two stories, with two garage bays.

I bet if the economy was better than that would be a good price, but not right now.
