Curing my boredom.

So at my job... I can't listen to music... I can't read books... I don't have the internet. For 12 hours a day I do very boring repetitious work, which consists of a fair amount of downtime.

I'm trying to think of "low profile" things to do to keep myself from going insane... any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an iPhone, actually.. but it doesn't get service!

SO annoying, because I would just sit on MS/Nabisco all day if I got service inside.

They're kinda nazi's there, I don't think e-books on the computers that are remotely monitored by the hour would be approved of.

e-books ON the iPhone, maybe...

But that gets pretty annoying pretty fast... additionally all the e-books I want to read are usually about computers, and "piecing together" diagrams and stuff on a little screen is fail.

Keep those ideas coming, though!!

Coloring.

Crayons, coloring book, I freakin love coloring, fun.

Probably not, aye.

origami?

paper air planes?

crosswords

What do you do for work? And why wont they let you read books or magazines, especially if you are productive.

Get a new job that allows you to slack off

Hah, I wish..

it's not so much that I have time to slack off as it is, that it's such a repetative job, that once you have it figured out, it doesn't take much effort, so you stare at humming machinery for hours on end wondering why you're there.

ooo cool. i dont have a fancy butterfly one.... but i do LOVE my space pen.

couple years back i bought a limited edition titanium one. great pen.

I'm also a big fan of lists...

I've made plenty and plenty of dream lists for project cars, and future plans for my STI etc etc...

Think of ideas for non-cheesy DIY mods, etc etc.

But that's all brain work, it's not a yo-yo or something, hahah.

Maybe I could just bring a frigging tennis ball to bounce off the wall or something, too....
