Damn this head cold!

First one of the season, I held out longer than usual, but now I'm dying.

My daughter brought it home compliments of the dayschool. I thought I was becoming invincible!

I was sorely wrong..

 
It's probably the same thing that most people I know have... Starts as a head cold and wipes you out.... then turns into a chest cold. I had the raisin for 2 friggin' weeks.

 
my g/f has had the post head cold, chest cold for about two weeks now...it's seriously a grandma...

 
My cat even had it... same sniffling headcold followed by coughing chest cold w/ thick phlegm. He was coughing and trying to grab the thick, stringy phlegm with his paws. It was the craziest site...

For you currently healthy people, start takin' some preventative action now...

I've been on a strict regiment of working late, drinking lots of beer and eating cold pizza.

I'm on day 10 and I'm FINALLY feeling better. I have been drinking gallons of OJ in hope the Vitamin C will see me clear of the sickness... I am feeling better now so I might try some vitamin B tonite ( B is for Beer). Get well buddy!

 
Three things,

1) 10 hr workday

2) I'm on my 7th Stella Artois

3) Afrin

It's funny, I'm a real badass at 830pm, after a few beers...

ask my wife tho, I'm a puss at 0700hrs.

 
I couldn't drink beer when i was sick... it made me worse. Get some of the raisin that you shoot up yer nose... Cold medicine, not cocaine. I found that it worked to clear out the snot.
