So Phish tickets went on sale this morning for Mansfield Mass.

i was on the ticket agency website, waiting to click "buy tickets" as soon as the clock hit 10.

i clicked, then i got the notice that i was in a random queue waiting for my turn to purchase tickets. they actually used the word random.

45 minutes later i get the sold out screen. :angry4:

look on Ebay a few minutes ago and there are tons of tickets for sale this very show. going anywheres from 200 per pair up to 1000 per pair.

F*CK scalpers!!! :angry4:

 
no there is no more trying to get them, i will never pay more than box offfice for tickets.

too bad as a society we feel scalping is acceptable and a regular practice. there are even webisites devoted for scalpers, take StubHub for example.

id rather go with out before i pay a scalper for tickets.

 
It is a shame, and it is obvious that they do it and we can not do a damn thing about it.. Phish is a good show to see, I have been 6-7 times, and all been great, although my favorite was at the Portland Expo in 1992?1993. Second best was the free show, got tickets from a vendor, in Providence RI...
