I would think evergreen could fix the mileage but would see it really being a problem.did you have to have you keys or fobs reprogram to it?or am I thinking 08+ subaru's

Nope these are plug and play. It was out of an 06/07 anyways. I would have them correct the mileage but is it worth the money? Only problem is it was out of a limited or premium so the outside temp does not work. It just reads, Outside Temp "---" F. From what I have read in those models it gets temp via the AUTO climate control instead of directly from the sensor. I may be wrong but not a big issue. Everything else works fine.

 
I don't think you should have an issue. The biggest worry was if you had an immobilizer, but it doesn't seem that way. It shouldn't be too big of an issue if mileage is that close, but if you want to stay on the safe side, you can report a gauge cluster change to your DMV.
