*11/18/09 UPDATE* This weekend, Saturday November 21st, Fifth Freedom will be playing at Warden's. Warden's is located on Sabattus St in Lewiston, directly across from Hannaford. Not sure if there is a cover as sometimes when we play there is and other times there isn't. If there is, you usually get a ticket for half off a drink. Come check us out if you're in the area!! We also have a show December 19th at The Station playing with I.C. Gyro and another show there February 6, 2010 with our friends from Sinfist. Also, don't forget to keep the votes coming in the RockME Project contest, as well as picking up the RockME Project CD from Bullmoose for $10. Not only will you get rock from 12 of Maine's local bands, the money will all go back to those in the contest. Link is in the thread listed below!

Thanks!

*10/14/09 UPDATE* I set up a thread about helping us out in the RockME contest we've made it into on the Bone! (http://www.mainelysubarus.com/forums/showthread.php?p=129592#post129592) We all greatly appreciate any voting you do!

P.S. They have started playing us on the Bone AND TOS for those of you lucky enough to be able to get it. If you hear one of our songs, either "It Ain't Easy" or "Faded Demons" let me know what you think!

Thanks everyone!

So apparently editing doesn't bump a thread so op is updated! Also if any of you listen to the local music show on the Bone, call and request us tonight! Either Faded Demons or It Ain't Easy! Thanks!

So if anyone is interested, we will be on Bonafide Locals next week on the Bone. It's a show for local music, they host a different band every week to interview and play some stuff live. You can here it on 106.3 or 106.7, at 8:00pm next Wednesday, November 11th.

Also, it seems that we are now going to be a 5-piece band, instead of 4!

sweeet!

Thanks for listening guys!

Alan is the only original member of the band and has to be in control of everything if you didn't notice. He mentioned he's known Scarpo for a while but forgot to mention that he's known me for 5+ years and that although I haven't been in the band for long, I've been around since Fifth Freedom started.

Alan is/was lead guitarist and is lead singer, Scarpo is his right-hand-man//bassist.

Rhythm guitar!

Sorry if I sound a little bitter toward them ... they also live upstairs from me and often make me wonder why it is called 'common sense'.

i enjoyed listening was good tunes to liven up college work.

and yes I could tell that Alan was a attention/control clown. Oh well, it is the music that will take you to good things.

Next time, I won't be so quiet

Also, I have to say that the "Bonedriver" is an awesome guy! He's practically running the show over there at the Bone by himself and he's got some great ideas going on right now. He's actually going to be casting in a movie shortly over on (I think he said) Peaks Island. He'll be the main character, chosen out of 200 others to play the role. Sounds like it might be interesting, but I can't remember the name!
