Not possible with this one. can't make a decision to save his life. but he is skilled at watching Porn, yes watching. and playing games all day while having his work pile up so it looks like he is overloaded.

 
It is getting old because my boss gets pissed at me when I take the initiative to stay late every night of the week and most fridays to get the work done. He is giving me the old "we need to have a talk about your project management"

I am BS, since I am doing the work of two in little over half that time. I am just balls to the wall all the time. and the dickhead left early today while I was working on a project he was supposed to have done two weeks ago.

I am unfortunately a temp. There really is not a whole lot I can do, sans helping him get caught.
