Forza 3 Demo Info

Forza 3 Demo for XBOX 360 has landed today.

Forza Motorsport 3 Goes Gold and Announces Xbox LIVE Demo on Sept. 24
The white flag waves as “Forza Motorsport 3” has Gone Gold, entering its final lap before launching on October 22nd in Asia, October 23rd in Europe and October 27th in North America exclusively on Xbox 360. To mark the occasion, Microsoft and Turn 10 today confirmed that a demo of the highly anticipated title will arrive on Xbox LIVE Marketplace starting September 24th.

The new demo lets you get behind the wheel of five of the world’s most amazing cars on the full circuit of the game’s Camino Viejo track, including:

just played the demo.. its amazing. also bought dirt 2 which is by far one of the best games and need for speed shift which i still have to get into.. played a few races.. great graphics.. a little disappointed about the damage.. doesn't look all that real to me.. oh well.

 
hooray for getting three red lights a week after getting dirt 2!

Ditto.

I don't think they made Forza 3 for the PC, but SHIFT is fun despite it being a NFS game and I'm looking forward to Dirt 2.

 
Played the demo last night. Is it just me or did they make it 1000000 times easier. Ive been playing a lot of forza 2 latley and it seems like 3 is a lot easier. I had to crank it up to hard.

That's what I found, they made a lot of things easier to help out new players, they even added an auto braking option to the list of assists. Turn off all assists and put the difficulty on hard and the game still gets brutal like 2.

Rewind is cool and I can see it making the career grind a lot easier, especially when you pooch it into a wall on lap 49 of your 50 lap endurance race.

I have almost put the controller through the tv so many times because of that.

played the demo last night. i waqs impressed by graphics handling was ok didnt feel a huge diference between the fwd car and the awd car. the sounds were horrible. ive never heard a car sound liek that when reving up. they dropped the ball in the soudn department big time

 
Quality-wise, the demos are never as polished as the game you buy at the store. I think that the graphics and sound will be awesome, as well as the cars' physics, with the disc...with that said I haven't played yet because I don't have XBOX Live gold...

Playing with assists off is huge. I'm not sure if I'm going to learn forza 3 with ABS off or on. The ABS likes to freak out in the corners. Some of the guys I have played F2 with have logged over ONE THOUSAND hours on the game and they've actually found they can do the tracks faster with ABS off.

Also, the suggested lines aren't the fastest.
