Yup, you heard it. Great condition cylinder walls with very little carbon buildup on the pistons.

For those wondering, I've decided to clean up my RS and get it running perfectly rather than turn it into a mega project. Someday perhaps.

Price will really depend on interest. I'm not in a rush, I have enough resources to do what i need to do to the RS without selling this.

I tried to take pictures of the piston heads and cylinder walls but as you can imagine it's a bit difficult to show it. Let me know if you want to take a look at it.

i need to look at the different forums to come up with a median price.

possible trades would include -

wheels/tires

parts for gc era impreza (parts will depend on lobstah's assessment of the damage but could include engine parts)

tools

electronics

if someone is interested and has access to parts, i'll hold of negotiating till i find out from lobstah what i'm fixing. that will probably be decided by next friday-ish.

 
Interesting. I have a complete RS worth of parts that is also to be a project. Might be interested in a trade of sorts. Let me know what you are looking for.

 
Unless unforeseen damages emerge I will not be requiring any engine components for my car. It just leaks like a sieve and is getting fixed.

That means that I would be interested in either

Wheels/tires

Suspension bits

Electronics (non car related)

Anything that might piqu

 
I have wrx wheels with new tires less than 500 miles new. Apline type r 1222d pair ma audio hk2000d mono amp etc. I want an engine to buld for my wrx
