Got pulled over tonight...

For 2 things... one for no front license plate

I usually go as long as I can during the summer months without and see how long it takes till I get pulled over. I've been pulled over about 4-5 times now for it, and every time I say "oh I was doing some work on the front of my car..." and they have never given me a ticket for it.

And the second thing, which shocked me, was my exhaust being "too loud"

I'm running the Cobb CBE, and it's really not that loud compared to most aftermarket exhausts out there. The reason I got it was because I wanted a nice subtle, not too loud exhaust. Cop said I should "get it checked out because it's too loud".

Didn't give me a ticket for anything... thank goodness.

Probably another that does not care if it's loud. Tis the season for more drunks on the road so most anything can get you stopped, failure to dim fog/driving lights, plates, exhaust, signals you name it. Everything will be used to try and get drunks off the road. I just put my front plate back on also and I am waiting for one of my co-horts to give me a fix it ticket for my exhaust at which point I will put the stock one back on.

Front plate? that would block air into my FMIC... aint happenin'... IF they nmake me put it on I will tell them it is interfering with my cooling and I need to drive faster to get more air through my FMIC as thr plate is causing a blockage...kind of like little debbie snaxx..
