This home is in a rural residential zone. The current owner does auto work on the side ( no sign ). If you think this could be an option for you, I will find out what you can legitmately do business wise. There is a car lift, but the owner says he is taking that with him. But you can always ask for it to stay when making an offer.

 
any wheeling/ dealing? Think they would take my river property and owner finance the rest for 15 years at a reasonable rate of interest..................just puttin it out there rob....................Paul aka/wzrd

 
It is. Especially since its almost paid for! H0oT! I just need a garage with a fridge, a wood stove, lift, so I have a place to hang my nearly necked girlie calenders.

You could run a business from this location. Any auto business would require EPA and town approval that would limit the number of cars allowed on property, buffered areas to protect the neighbors and strick compliance on storage and removal of any automotive fluids.

 
I love the 3 car garage attached to it also. By the way Maniac the wife has a job now!
