Hey guys,

No new pics of my car, but I figured I'd let you all in on why I was gone all summer. Greenland was pretty epic, although they all drive european cars. I did see an RS in Newfoundland though.

3 years ago myself and a couple friends decided to get the Bowdoin back to the Arctic (she was built in 1921 for arctic exploration and research). We did all the research and planning, then presented our work to the Maine Maritime Academy board of trustees, and they gave us the OK last May. It was a 60 day trip, leaving from and returning to Castine, covering a little more than 5000 nautical miles. Our crew of 16 was chosen from MMA students and recent graduates (myself included). It was a pretty F'n awesome two months.
