Since no seems to be wanting to get a group together , figured I'd suggest it I know few of you have land that you can shoot on we should have a cookout slash gun meet. What you think guys

 
There a few members here that have talked about it , while the weather is nice we should do it be a good time

 
There is a public shooting area in Augusta that I go to. It's just a couple burms an a big open area. No supervision and it is out on a dirt road it's a fun spot. there is plenty of room for ppl to hang out and bbq if they brought grills. I don't have anywhere to shoot at my new place, but we're only like 7 miles from the range...

out at the summerhaven pits, good stuff.

they've got those sand pits under surveillance now because of so many people dumping stuff there.

They only ask that everyone pick up their mess when they leave.

 
Awesome idea!

If you all stand around and blast each other we can part out your cars and sell your guns!

 
So I have one of those portable propane grills, it's not too big, but it could do a few burgers at a time. And, I have one of those portable fire pits as well, if anyone was interested in cooking that way.

We're we thinking of having this late August or early-mid September? Just a question for time frame to get things planned.

Just make a date... make it in advance so people can plan accordingly. You won't get everyone no matter what day you pick.

I think I'm goin see if I can get a day rented at the club range I do beleive they have a gril as well it is in Hollis not sure how many of you will travel down here
