Guys, I'm thinking of adding some Forced Induction to my car....

Does that really work?
In the second video they showed dyno plots which showed 10hp gains. I don't see why it wouldn't work in theory. Then again I'm not an engineer or physicist, so who knows.

Its essentially exactally what a turbo is doing.... Except I would think you're running your car lean by forcing in a bunch air and not havnig the fuel to match it.

READ: dumb.

i think i might have a vehicle to test this on if anyone is willing to use there leaf blower my altenater went and im driving the companys hyundia and it needs a little power hmmmmmm

Does that really work?
injections would notice very low end off idle..beyond that, it is silly. unless it is conquering a flow problem, like making a draft kicker, not as boost, just helper.

may as well just let "cram air" the maf stuff through a scoop someplace.

I laughed at first, this vid is several years old, but I know they found the delay in injection, its a draft stopper, a pause in time that drives owners to fart can exhausts.. and leaf blowers apparently.

Don't know where I read it but I thought I saw where somebody had done that. Turned it on, mega power until the engine blew a few seconds later.

In theory it COULD work. The best way to find out would be to try this with a boost gauge and see if it pressurizes the intake.
