My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate for our half of a duplex that we have been in since February.
We are two responsible young adults (23m and 21f) with two very friendly dogs. We both work full time and my girlfriend also goes to school.
Really nice homey feeling place on 22 and 114 in Gorham, on the Scarborough line, less than 10mins from the mall. Also a few minuets from the USM Gorham Campus.
The place is very spacious!! There is a full basement. First floor has the kitchen, half bath, and living room. Second floor has a master bedroom with full bath, a second slightly smaller bedroom, and another smaller computer type room.
$475 a month, oil heat and hot water (about $30 a month) Tank was filled in Feb.
$487.50 security deposit and first months rent due for June 1st move in
We would prefer a male our age (20's) but are open to anyone!
