HELP on headlight

i have a 07 lgt, on the driver side headlight where the lock holds the bulb, i broke the little plastic piece and now the lock would not lock... what can i do with out getting a new headlight assemble????

 
take the light out of car. see if you can replace just the cup that holds the bulb... if not you can buy a whole new one, a used one or what I would do... buy a cracked lens one off ebay for like 25 and take the back housing part off and slap it on your lens.

 
are they the little round locking piece like on the bugeyes? like the ring that holds the bulb in place after you wedge it in the hole?

you can buy replacements of those at Advance Auto.

 
i'm not sure what they look like on the bugeyes, but i'll try to get a pic of it tomorrow if it's not raining, my pop's and i rigged it for now
