Thanks for the welcome and nice comments.
That is how the car looked a few months back. Its currently undergoing a bit of a rebuild.
Its a STI RA 99 fully seam welded shell with a full weld in T45 cage and stripped of basically everything. The new plans (which is all more or less bought now) include a full 22b fibre glass kit, fibre glass doors and boot, plastic windows and the new carbon spoiler mounted to the rear quaters and a carbon fibre bonnet.
The running gear has been changed to STI 8 hubs and will therefore have the R180 drive shafts and a 6 speed dccd gearbox along with 18"x9 wheels seeing as the arches will be wider. Fully poybushed all round, whiteline drop links, adjustable rear arms, anti lift kit, anti roll bars front and rear, H- brace and sturt braces front and rear (Pretty stiff
) along with hotbits adjustable DT series coilovers with remote canisters.
It will run Porsche GT3 6 pot calipers up front with 2 pot rear brembo's and a bias adjustable pedal box. The engine is a 2.35 ltr closed deck block with weisco pistons and BC rods (1000bhp), billet crank 79mm and STI 5 fully sorted heads (soon to be AVCS). Twin billet fuel rail 8 injector set up (550cc & 850cc) on APS top feed deletes with a cosworth inlet manifold and x 2 fuel lab FPR's. GT4088r twin scroll rotated turbo and a right hand drive modified full race T4 manifold with 44mm tial wastegate.
Hybrid GT2 font mount intercooler with a japspeed high flow race radiator and twin 12" high performance spal fans. Baffled twin scroll sump, 19 row mocal oil cooler and thermostat, catch can breather system, fuel lab prodigy 1000 bhp fuel pump, braided hoses throughout with a baffled fuel tank and swirl pot. All controlled by a syvecs ecu.
Probably more but you get a rough idea of what she's about.
Look forward to reading your thoughts.
