oh my god..... in and out burger. i hate you more for that then the sun you're enjoying.

 
My wife and daughter are headed out there in September. Her sister lives there. I hate all this rain but it's still too hot for me there!!

 
Ok fill me in on this in and out burger place, is it really good or something? I'm clueless, never even heard of it before.

 
very good burgers..... great place.

most restaurants dont have inside seating (that's why we dont have them here) and a limited menu. basically burgers served the way you like it (single or double), fries, soda or shakes.

but all food is cooked in front of your with fresh ingredients. fresh cut fries YUMMY! burgers are served on a grilled bun with the veggies, and a squirt of thousand island dressing.

also as a side note all employees have ownership in the restaurant. its like a profit sharing thing. i think it makes for better employees to seeing that they have stake in the store. you don't get too many fast food employees that are happy to see you. i was blown away. it was "what can i get you sir?", "yes sir, right away sir"

food came fast, and there was a wonderful chatter going on inside the kitchen. they all worked well together yelling out orders and helping eachother to get the customer served promptly.
