I have to say that whomever reported on this was clearly drinking:

Rockland -                Emergency crews in Rockland responded to a two vehicle accident at Old County Road and Route 17 on Tuesday.

It happened just after 5 p.m. when a 2006 blue Subaru collided with a black 1997 Nissan Altima.

One person was transported to an area hospital.

The other three were treated and released at the scene.
