In desparate need of some Linux help ...

One of my coworkers wants to use this program for searching phage DNA ... I need help getting it running as all of my attempts have gotten me nowhere. If you have AIM or something similar, it might be easiest. My screen name on AIM is spinmastert ... PLEASE HELP!

 
Ah, good old Linux! To bad I know nothing about them and im a computer nerd! lol. If I had more knowledge with the system id gladly give you a hand but I dont :-(

I know MUCH about linux. I run linux servers, set up linux on a campus wide mesh wireless network, I run linux on my PDA, and all my laptops and computers... I may be able to assist.

 
I'm wicked busy until Monday afternoon, but after that, I'd be glad to give you all the assistance you need with it. Linux is (as sad as it is to admit), I big part of my life...

 
I need to run the program Phage Finder ... if you could help me, that would be amazing!
