Kidney for BMW in dialasis

I heard Kidneys were quite valuable on the black market.  I found an iconic BMW "kidney grille" on the road.  Left side only so the poor car is only living with one kidney now.  This one is a little scratched up but should work just fine.  I tried it out on my John Deere tractor but apparently it only works on a 3series beemer...

Taking offers in the $10K range in cash, or a sixer of microbrew beer as trade.
