License Plate

im contemplating getting custom plates for my car just trying to find out which is best. (and yes I can get leftnut for a plate)

evosuck and onall4s would probly not pass DMV straight-face test. individual DMV agents have latitude to accept or deny words and their associations and most of them go straight for the gutter meanings of things...you MIGHT get onall4s, but def not evosuck

It's just an online process. Does someone go over those? When i ordered mine i just put what i wanted, they charged me, and my plates came a week later.

You can actually go to the dmv website and see if what you want:

1) is a known curse - they must feed in (and hopefully update periodically) a list...

2) is taken already

just for the point to argue, that if evokilr is ok but not evosuck, one could say that killing evo's is ok, but not evo suck? at least suck is positive lol

my fave local vanity plate belongs to my dog's groomer. she's in her mid 40s & quite foxy, and the plates on her silver 350Z say...Z YAH

online may be best way to get iffy combos. in person, the agents look things over pretty carefully. I wanted to get plates for my 911 that said NEUNELF (german for "nine eleven") and the agents said no, they couldn't be sure of the meaning.

personally, i don't care much for vanity plates... because then people remember your car and your plate... especially if you've done something stoopid.

It only took a week for you to get your plates?? I got vanity plates for the supra at the DMV end of June and still am driving around with the paper one!!
