Looking to upgrade my sway bars...

So as the title says I am looking to upgrade my sway bars. I currently have a 99 RS with stock front and rear sways. I do have Kartboy endlinks, but want to take the next step. Just wondering if any of you guys have suggestions for where I should look.

buy both brand new from evergreen get a tribeca front sway bar for less than $100 and also a stock 02 wrx sedan rear sway bar for also less than $100

i think the tribeca bar is 25mm and i know the 02 wrx sedan bar is a 20mm which your stock bars are 20mm front and a 13mm rear so these would be a great improvement over stock

Sounds good. The Tribeca bar will fit fine? I have heard of using the stock WRX bar. When is upgrading to aftermarket bars a good idea?

I've got the tribeca front sway on my RS. Huge improvement over stock. Really helps to keep the front camber in check.

Huge thread about it here: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=973884

I'm also a fan of a large Rear Sway. ~25 is fun. I love my cobb adjustable rear sway. But whiteline and a few others make great bars as well.

Also the front bar isn't necessary to upgrade. It does help in the summer with camber etc, but it can make winter driving worse as weight does not transfer as well.

Rear sway = biggest bang for $$ upgrade IMO!

Just Just put the sway bar in. Took 3 1/2 hrs! So I had to try it out, and it was pretty much worth it. Soo much fun around corners now. I got the Cobb 25mm from evergreen.

Started at 5, worked on taking the old ones out, broke two bolts

Then I remembered that we have ramps in the shed, so I ran and put those under, which made everything better. Then It took forever to put the new sway bar in becuase I couldn't find a nut! Damn thing ran away. I found a new one and bam all done.

nothin stinks worse than shearin a bolt. glad to hear everything turned out ok in the end though.

what a difference huh?
