All I know is that you don't get a .19% BAC an hour after the crash by only having one glass of wine. and it dosen't help when your husband comes back looking for you and falls out of his car drunk too.

I am just astounded at the lack of knowlege shown by the claremont PD when following the Effing LAW regarding consent for BAC tests.
