Motor Silk. change your oil every 10k miles

Hell yeah! If the 4.9 liter flat 12 putting out 390hp was getting 19miles/gallon ... I'll practically be driving a hybrid!

Sounds similar to the other oil additives. I`d like to see more test data. If the Nascar boys start to use it I`ll pay more attention. In 1990 I started using Duralube, I think that was the name, in my 89 SHO. My engine temp did drop down a notch. I put in every 30k -40K and my engine was still running strong when I traded it in after 4 1/2 years and 155K. Although the original 89 SHO engine was a blueprinted engine from Yamaha so I don`t know how it would have been on a standard engine ?

it says that it is an oil additive. you ADD it to your oil every 10k miles.

I will stick with my 7500mi Mobil1 changes in the summer and 5000mi changes in the winter.
