My 2005 LGT

2005 LGT's suck.
I'm not sure how I haven't made one of these yet, but I bought my legacy in the spring of 2011 from a high school friend. It is my first Subaru and I don't think I'm going back.

This is it days after I bought it.

Next I got the windows tinted, painted the rims gunmetal gray, the calipers yellow, and part of the grille black.

After that I looked towards the interior and installed a boost gauge and a faulty/crappy A/F ratio gauge in the cubby.

...and then 6000k HIDs

After a winter I noticed some chipped paint, so I decided to giver it a little makeover. I went with black rims, black calipers, and blacked out headlights (baking headlights is a bit nerve-racking for those who haven't tried it.

I wanted to add something unique under the hood, so I painted a JDM logo on the engine cover. I also super-glued and clear-coated a business card into the intake. The business card belongs to my mechanic who I was quite close with, he passed away last year.

...and the final touch.

Car looks good, I wanna bake my lights too or paint, afraid of effing something up, haha
It's not that bad, I found some good instructions on LegacyGT.com. Just don't rush, be patient, and do it right the first time, it's not something you're going to want to do twice!

My cousin did it to his car, may just have him help out

I love the snow pic of this car with the rack. I like what you're doing, it's unique and tasteful, calipers were a good way to break up the way the car looks.

Just added some flaps a few days ago. I used a roll out mat from home cheapo, cut them to size and attached them.

They're not the best.... okay they suck, but they work... I'll replace them sometime when I'm not broke.
