My car is jinxed

Today coming off of 295 in Portland, Franklin St exit I was in the right lane, getting ready to turn right. 3 people in front of me. Light turns green, the first two people turn, the person in front of me decides to STOP on a GREEN light for no reason, I had to brake to stop, and lay on my horn, the next thing I know CRASH! I got rear ended, and the person behind me almost got rear ended. Bumper damage as far as I can tell, but my right side exhaust looks like it could be damaged. My lower back is just now starting to hurt. I'm pretty pissed but the lady that rear ended me was really nice. Fault has been determined to be hers.

suckssss. at least you managed to stop in time. if you made contact with that front car it would have been your fault at any point of contact. cheers for performance brakes

 
Sucks to hear man! did your trunk lid get damaged at all? if so, I could use it...

any photos of the hit?

 
The poor mid-90's Honda Accord has some mild front end damage...headlights, hood, grille, bumper.

She told me the damage to both cars would have been less if she was in her SUV

That's to bad. At least no one got seriously hurt. ( This reminds me when you are driving on an on-ramp and you're cruising along at the posted 35mph, you get to the top and start to gain speed to merge and then...HEY there is a lady in her H3 scared as hell and stopped right before the highway..

I hope I never have to take it back in trade. I can just imagine what the Carfax is going to look like.

I am happy though State Farm is replacing with new OEM parts.

And I'm glad you're more concerned about my trade in value than you are my health...

You are driving a Subaru so safety isn't an issue. I wouldn't put my best customer in something he could kill himself in.
