My house got broken into yesterday.

They kicked the back door in. Didn't even touch any of my expensive electronics, just went right for the GF's prescriptions. F'ing druggies.

Inside job? I would be thinking about who knew what her prescriptions were. Seems odd that they would break in and go straight for that--seems they would not risk this unless they knew said medications would be present....

No, there was no other break ins on the street, or in town even. We're thinking it was someone that knew too. Only thing is, the only people that knew she had meds were our parents. There were a few others we know that have had problems with it in the past, but they didn't know any about meds, only a hosplital visit for her Sat. because of another kidney stone. One of those is my best friend, who in our 20yrs of friendship has had plently of oppotunity to steal from me after being invited over, and never has. Our biggest suspect right now is her ex-roomate, who we haven't spoken with in months, but she wouldn't have known sara was in the hospital.

In all seriousness, though, sorry to hear about your misfortune... even though it's a serious matter, still fortunate you came home to everything else still being there, electronics and such.. How low a person do you have to be to do something like that? Good luck sorting out that

I own guns. Everyone who knows enough about me to know what I have in the house also know that I have guns. they know that I know how to use them and that I would use them. I take personal safety and the safety of my girlfriend very seriously.

Several of my parent's neighbors and I go shooting out at a couple little ranges that we have set up behind our houses. throughout the summer we shoot at least 3-4 times a week between all of us. I always have heard from all of the hooligans in town that they don't go onto my road because we own guns and make it known! lol
